Not sure on how this will impact oil production and or oil plays. Any thoughts?

First off, my apologies for the misspelling of Keystone.
1. The **Keystone Pipeline** System is an oil **pipeline** system in Canada and the United States. It runs from the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin in Alberta, Canada, to refineries in the United States in Steele City, Nebraska; Wood River and Patoka, Illinois; and the Gulf Coast of Texas.

I doubt if it will have a lot of impact on Dawson County oil. Until oil goes back up, not much is going to happen. These small oil companies are going to go broke.
