Hi,

Finally, after a few years after signing a lease, I got something in the mail about a little activity in the Ahira Butler survey of Upshur County, Texas. I haven’t received anything from Rose City or RRC. Does this mean anything will come of it? I have almost given up that anything will be drilled. Can anyone help me discover if there is a new permit that is very recent or tell me where to look? Two phone messages have not been returned. Not interested in selling, just want them to drill.

Thanks all.

You can keep an eye on wells by using the Texas Railroad Commission GIS map. Select your county and then use the blue magnifying glass to zoom into your block and abstract.
