# Just got Mineral rights in Limestone county. How much are they worth? Please help

As part of a package deal with some stuff I bought in Oklahoma, I just bought 1/4 mineral interest in 18.78 acres in the P. Varela XI League Grant in Limestone County.
Is there anything going on down there in Limestone County? Is this worth anything?

One problem with this County is the CAD posts incorrect data, so much that it cannot be viewed as an error.
Courthouse Direct, while a paid service, provides more information. I wish I knew how to keep up with this myself, my minerals were sold by a fake fiduciary, fiduciary did not pay me, and who sells all their minerals anyway.
