It appears that I have Texas minerals again, a small undivided interest in 2+ acres with a 14,000 square fit, brick building that used to be a highschool at the junction of FM 4 and 2415. You can stand in the center of it and throw a rock and hit a commercial SWD disposal operation.

As with anything that happens to be mine, there has been problems with a lawyer trying to buy it from someone who does not own it. Or should I say from someone who only owns a tiny part of it but the lawyer told them they owned all of it.

The following is a sponsored (paid) promotional notice:

If you own minerals in Texas or New Mexico, consider attending the NARO – Texas convention in San Antonio July 18-20, 2018. They have a great agenda, good speakers, and the cost is reasonable. This year also includes a special session for New Mexico mineral owners. The current agenda draft is attached, and a link to their signup and information page is [NARO - National Association of Royalty Owners - Authorization required](http://www.naro-us.org/event-2824234)
