Has anyone on here had a natural gas well drilled on them in the last 2 years by Jaybee Oil and Gas? I’m just curious if anyone who has had a well drilled if you have received division orders and have started getting paid for these wells. Jaybee is currently in a class action lawsuit against them with them owing around $42-$43 million dollars to close to 4,000 people because of deductions they took out of the royalty payments that they were not supposed to. I’m to the point that I have talked to a few lawyers about this issue but was just wondering if anyone else has the same issue we are having.
