# Is Sec12 18N 8E or thereabouts becoming active?

Three years ago when oil price was high, Creek County seemed to be a desirable area for many operators and I was receiving many offers. Understandably, after prices crashed, the interest in Creek, and elsewhere, diminished for new development. I’ve received offers in 12-18N-8E in recent days and wondered if any activity is in progress, or is this just another offer to lock into a more lucrative future development while oil prices are still relatively low?
Anyone else out there received offers?

Don't see anything new at the OCC for 2017. Last lease was in mid 2016 for that whole township.
