May 23, 2025. In 2018, I only found out last year that Premium Oil had drilled on my property. I contacted the company and was told I would receive a call from the land office. It has been almost a year, and I can’t get any answers or information from anyone regarding my property. Thank you in advance.

Welcome to the forum. Please post your question in the state and county where your minerals are located. Use the Counties tab above. Give a location such as section, township and range (or Block, Abstract and section for Tx).

Exxon had a horizontal planned there for 15/22, but cancelled it. Phoenix Capital has about five well permitted just south of you in 28/33 so that is encouraging.
There is leasing in your section By Phoenix Capital and Silver Hill Energy so that is also promising.
