Recently discovered that 3 of my deceased family members left behind the same papers regarding mineral rights. My attorney informed me I needed to find an attorney who specializes in this type of situation. Do I really need an attorney in North Dakota in order to find any information on this property? I’ve heard there is no activity in the Township 136 North area? Please help. Any information much appreciated!
