Inherited mineral rights northeast of Larimar and Weld Canal in Colorado and need help trying to determine valuation. I have people contacting me and need a way to sort it all out.

If you give your section, township and range, we can help with the activity in the area. Then you will have more information. Usually offers come because of pending wells.

The value is $0 until they start drilling in your part of Larimer. The wells just east of you made 50-75k barrels each, not great. However, there are other wells in the area that are up in the 150-200k barrel range. If they came in and fully developed this acreage with great wells, one acre leased at 20% would be worth over $15k; if they drilled more not great wells, it would be worth about 5k under similar circumstances.
