# Info needed on heirship affidavit

I have a question: Can you hire a paralegal for heirship affidavit? Can you do this just with a notary?

We did ours with a notary. Must have someone who has known the family to certify regarding siblings or other potential heirs. We had to do one for each property we got processed through the appropriate counties.
