_Continental currently has producing wells, but at 76 years old I need more production or I will need to sell the small tract (2 nma). Any idea what they may be worth?_

No new infill besides the Yellow Sub wells. They are worth what you get offered for the production. Hopefully, you can get some competitive offers.
