Creditors filed an involuntary Chapter 7 against Atlas Operating, LLC. Looks like drilling contractor creditors filed it. Atlas is one of the worst run companies we have had to deal with. The Matterhorn pipeline is going into service this month to help alleviate the takeaway capacity problems from the Waha hub in the Permian. Gas prices have been brutal, averaging -0.50 cents per mcf (that is NEGATIVE 50 cents) for the last two months. The additional capacity is supposed to eliminate negative prices for a while.
