I own 60 mineral acres in Section 3, Block 33, Township 1 South in Howard County. Is there any activity in or around this area?

Hi Judy. From what I can see on the GIS map there are several approved locations to the NW and SE of Section 3. Most of these permits have been approved within the last 3 months. The operators in this area are SM Energy, Oxy USA and Callon Petroleum Operating. Permitted locations in this area are 227-39478, 556, 569, 639, 640, 778, 779, 780, 781 and 782…

Circled in Red are locations of the latest permitted locations.

I think that is A-359. Looks like several horizontal wells in production or being dreamed about.

Judy, three producing wells: Stallings Domino Unit’s and one permitted well sitting out there for a couple of years. Not sure this is the same land but might be.
