# Howard County Minerals Property taxes

Howard County Tax Office has sent me a 2024 tax statement (which I paid), two different sets of corrected statements, a tax receipt statement saying I was due a refund, and a third set of corrected statements indicating I owe more tax. Has anyone else had similar experience? Anyone know what is going on in the Howard County Tax Office?

I had both of those things happen to me this year.
I ended up calling the Howard Tax Collector’s office asking how much I owed. That’s a good place to start.
