Hello, Anyone else receive a lease offer north of Coahoma in Howard County? Just curious on what may be the market price per NMA and for how long. And if a top lease is worth it, or to wait till the expiration of our current lease next year. Thanks for any help.

Top lease can cause problems, wait until your lease expires, you get more money that way! Just my opinion! Good luck.
