How do I map for free or cheap by just searching by parcel number and County for mineral rights in Illinois? For example, I use ReGrid and MapRight to map real estate but those websites cannot map mineral right parcels.
My main focus now is only mineral rights in the State of Illinois.

What kind of minerals are you asking about? This is a forum for oil and gas minerals, not hard rock. Not much of anything is going on in oil and gas in Illinois.
