Samuel Gillian’s survey A282 Angelina County Are they drilling there? I received a lease offer but haven’t signed it yet. I own 1NMA of a 33-acre setting in Angelina County.

If you are getting a lease offer, then there are no currently producing wells in that portion of the abstract. There are quite a few permits in the area, so drilling may be coming. You can watch for permits on the Texas Railroad Commission GIS map.
