I seem to be over my head and need some help finding mineral rights owners and locations in Lea and Chaves Counties, New Mexico. How does one find a landman and more importantly how does one find out if he or she is honest and productive?

Does a landman help with heir affidavit and contacting operators to see if there is money in suspense?

Yes, a landman can assist with an Affidavit of Heirship and finding any money you have held in suspense.
