I got an offer to lease from 20 acres in section 25 from Petrogulf. Has anyone heard of them.

OIl valley gave 1/4th royalty on some leases if you care about that on some or all of yours.

There are several poolings pending around you .You could wait and see what the oil co. is ordered to pay in those before you make up your mind. So far two old ones had like $900 and 3/16 or no cash and 1/4 but the new ones may be more.
