I have been approached by a landman named Kelly Jones who wants to buy mineral rights owned by myself and another family member in Trinity County. Has anyone done business with this company or this landman?

A search on LinkedIn says that she has 3 years experience in this field and a degree in Journalism.

The company that she is buying for is Herd Producing Company, Inc. Does anyone have experience doing business with this company?
