# Help for Non operated WI transfer

I am told there is an additional step in transfer with the BIA. This is a small % non-operated working interest. Is a bond needed for a non-operator? Also is there an additional transfer fee ($75 per lease was stated but not confirmed applicable to this deal i.e. a generic form was sent).
