Hello all,
I am trying to find information on a lease parcel in western Jefferson County. The only information I have dates from a division order from 1951. My father has inherited a small portion of this lease. The description is: NW/4 NW/4 SW/4 and E/2 NW/4 SW/4 of Section 19, Township 6 South, Range 5W.
I believe there was some production here until the late 60s or early 70s. I believe it’s well west of the current activity in the county. I’m trying to find whether it’s still producing - if not if there is any value to this.
Any help or information on people I could contact would be great. Please excuse me if I don’t have all the terminology right!
Thanks.
