All three are actively leasing in Lawrence County, Johnson County, and other EKY counties. Gulfland and Exterra are landmen amassing acres under lease to be resold later to drillers. TerraNova does some exploration supposedly. All three are in the $80-$200 per acre bonus range and 12.5% royalty range. Gulfland is out of Louisiana, Exterra is out of Tennessee, and TerraNova is out of Moorehead.
If you have been approached by any of these, join in this discussion and share your experiences of bonus amount offered, royalty %, lease term, etc. The more people are informed the better.
