I need a contact for someone who can provide a written value for mineral rights I own in Grimes County. Does anyone have a contact for a landman who can do this?

We own 120 acres in the northern tip of Montgomery County, right across the street from Grimes County. We would also be interested in an idea of the value of the minerals. The lease recently expired. Thank YOU, Mary Jo
