I received a written offer to purchase or lease my mineral interests in Grady 34-6N-5W today. $4,500 per nma to purchase or $1,000 per nma to lease for 3 yrs with 3/16 royalty. Anybody else receive offers from Northwest Oil & Gas Exploration or others?

Just got this in the mail today from Echo Energy, LLC for Section 35-7N -5W- $2,000 per nma for 3 year lease with 3/16th. $1,400 1/5 option, and a $300 per nma for 3 year lease with 1/4 royalty. The bonus offered here is more than we signed for.

Section 34 butts up to the south side of section 27, where Continental drilled the Sparks 1-27H. On July 15, 2013 the well tested 553 Bopd and 1331 Gas MCFd. You should be getting much better offers than that.
