I leased Section 32-8N-8W back in August 2017 and now getting offers to purchase. Can anyone tell me what is happening in this area right now?

I just received a lease offer of 1/4 royalty with a $2502 bonus per nma. The person I spoke with mentioned Camino Natural Resources as wanting to drill soon.
