# Got an offer from a company I'm not familiar with

I’m in the process of going through the mineral lease contracts I received today, and the company name is Mercury - Ward LLC. The contract is on Arrington letterhead. Anyone ever have any dealings with Mercury - Ward? If so, how did it go?

Never heard of them, but Arrington uses a lot of folks.

M.R. Sims, I know an operator that is actively leasing in that area and they will almost certainly offer better lease terms than what you have received from Mercury Ward.
