Derby Exploration had a Pooling Hearing today for offset Section 36. You can always wait to see what happened there to see what is the going rate.

Derby pooled section 24 in February 2022. $150 1/8th, $100 3/16ths, $50 1/5th. Not exactly contiguous, but gives an idea until the 35 order is posted.

Most of the recent leases filed were at 1/5th (mostly in section 7) but a few at 25% in Section 25. None filed in 36 as of today. Derby already filed a permit for 25/36 in March 2022. Miss/Woodford. Titus South 25-36-1XH (Surface location in sec 26). Permit good until 9/22/2023.
