I own a small percentage of mineral rights in Hughes County Section 13, Township 7 North, Range 10 East. Does anyone know what the going rate is if I were to sell?

Section 12 has a pending pooling. You might want to wait until you hear what the terms are on that one. The section next to you to the catty corner NE has five horizontal wells.
