Leases going anywhere from $1000 to $3500 nma depending on the company. It’s probably either EQT or Northeast. If your part of a heirship interest, company’s May pay a $200 to $500 flat rate. Make sure you negotiate the lease or hire an attorney to negotiate. For example, higher royalty % cost free (Gross), warranty of title clause, Pugh clause, hold harmless, and Depth clause is just a few. If you have anymore questions, please reach out.
