So as to be sure… I assume you are in fact talking about mineral interests, is that correct?
Do you in fact own 100% of the minerals? What is the full legal description? Has the land ever been leased for oil and gas?

Yes, my brother and my sister-in-law and I own all 600 acres of mineral rights. There was a well shut down in 1994, capped 2002, Shoup C-1 NW corner of Section 6. Legal description: 600 acres, Section 6, Township 13 North, Range 57 West, Kimball County, Nebraska.
