It would be more useful to you and the rest of the forum if you post at least a township and range. Geology varies across the county, so leasing will vary. Specific questions are better as they will receive better answers.

See my other answer for the Chipmunk wells. They have already been drilled and if you did not respond to the pooling orders back in July of 2019, you have been assigned a royalty. Come back if you have questions or just inherited as you may have work to do to get into pay status.
