I have been living on Trimble Dr near Everman Pkwy for 20+ years and XTO has a well on Everman Pkwy but had Dale Property offer to lease and they gave me an initial $600 then never heard from them again. Then some years later I see a well but never received any other monies since. Please can someone explain or help me understand what happened to the monies in my neighborhood. ---
