I have not been keeping up with things for a while but did notice in another topic that Section 34 was pooling. I haven’t received any paperwork for some time now but last I knew it was all in court and then Covid hit. My question is our lease runs out the end of February so shouldn’t someone be in contact? And what is going on?

Chaparral received an order to extend the pooling order from 697299 by 365 days dated Feb 21, 2020. They can either ask for an extension for another 365 days due to Covid or they can release and do nothing. No permit has been issued that covers section 34 (as of now). You just have to wait and see…
