Online resources might be courthousedirect and texasfile for recorded leases, etc. Corporate earnings calls/presentations for publicly traded operators sometimes have tidbits. Have you seen [this forum thread](https://www.mineralrightsforum.com/t/oxy-leasing-in-gaines-county/35149)? ---
