If you saw this at the Scurry County Clerk’s Office and you had property next to one of the sections listed below, would you expect an oil lease soon?

Three companies drilled several horizontals in the Mississippian formation, a new SWD well, and a fourth with three wells permitted. The fourth company just leased almost 60 sq. miles right up to my fence line. Any idea why they didn’t lease ours too?
