# Fair market value of minerals

I am interested in obtaining educated opinions about the fair market value of the mineral interest that I own. The property is located in the William Watkins Survey, Abstract No. 749. It is the subject of a current oil and gas lease with a 20% royalty but it has not been drilled nor is it currently producing.

The Directories tab above has several appraisers listed. They may be able to help you. Pecan Tree generally does west of the Miss River and Vass does east of the Miss River.
