# Drilling in Section 8-19N-3E

There has been a lot of activity near my house in the SE/4 of Section 8. Looks like a horizontal drilling pad, roads, etc. I’ve looked but can’t find anything on the OCC website. Is it common to do all this prep work before getting permits? Does anyone know of any drilling here?
