I have received offers to purchase my mineral rights, however I have been told I do have a couple of small operating wells on the land. My location is SE 4 - SW 4 Township 12 Range 5 West Section 6 Canadian County. Thank you.

I have minerals in 11N-5W and have had interest expressed but as yet do not know what they are offering. Do you mind giving me what they are pricing your minerals per acre at? One of my sections has been producing for over 30 years.

Value is dependent on a couple of items, such as location, royalty rate, post production costs language, etc.

What’s your royalty rate and what Section are your minerals located in?
