Me & my siblings have mineral rights in Choctaw County, Oklahoma. We have a landman offering $150 per acre and 1/8 royalties. We have 320 acres, but they only want to lease 120 acres. What is a fair market rate?

You could reach out to the bar association in OK and look for oil and gas focus. May need to call several as many have a conflict of interest.
