# Do you know anyone who needs housing or a lot in Ward County, ND (Bakken Shale area)?

We own several city lots in the small town of Berthold, North Dakota. Berthold is located in Ward County, about 30 minutes from Minot, North Dakota. I am interested in leasing or selling the city lots. I have read about the housing shortage in the area. I would like to offer to an oil and gas company the opportunity to lease property in this town and place a mobile home on the property for workers or others visiting the Berthold area to do work. I am looking into placing a home on the property and then offering it for lease, as well. If you know someone who has a need for housing in the Bakken area near Berthold/Minot, please let me know.
