Horizontal well in Howard County, Texas began production in July 2022. Lease is Sammy Bearkat and Birch is the operator. I have still not received a division order as of January. What would be typical time frame for receiving the division order?

Typical time is 150-180 days from first sales, not first production. Contact the operator if you have not received one in 180 days. There may be a title problem that needs to be fixed.

We are on Brutus Buckeye to your east. Birch started production in March and received the division orders early November.
