Dear Ms. Hayes,
A division order is an authorization from a landowner to a disbursing company that sets forth the decimal interest under a particular well. Although it is penned typically from the oil company, it is actually an order to the oil company stipulating the interest in a particular well/unit.
To obtain a replacement, contact your operator.

In that case, you re-prepare the Division Order, execute it and return it to the oil company.

Dear Ms. Mosley,
Personally, I am anal about paperwork and redo the whole thing until it is perfect. Sometimes, the only way that I am judged is on my paperwork.
However, feel free to correct, initial and send it in. It will still get the job done.
