Can anyone tell me what Diamondback is currently offering to the surface owner for a drillsite location on your land? How about water rights for drilling and fracing operations? I own 320 acres northwest of Ft Stockton and have been approached for both a drillsite location and to supply water for the drilling and fracing.

Thank You - Jerry
