I need assistance of an interest I own it is described as Lot 1 and the SE/4 NE/4 plus accretion and riparian rights thereof. Section 31-19N-7E. Is Lot 1 a part of the NW/4 - NE/4?

ledp- I’ve attached (I hope) a copy of your Section 31. So Lot 1 is sort of like the NE/4 NE/4, plus accretion & riparian rights. It was originally 39.43 acres, but if the river has moved, that could change.
