This is the offer I received recently from Delta Core Energy on behalf of BP Production for the above proposed well in McClain County 6N 3W 11 IHX. I normally would ask my dad (oil and gas guy of the family) this question, but he has since passed away. I was mainly wondering if the Cash Bonus was in line for that section or not. I think I would do the 3/16 royalty. Thanks in advance. The offer was as follows:
$1,000 cash bonus per net mineral acre, delivering on 87.5% net revenue interest with 1/8 royalty
$750.00 cash bonus per net mineral acre, delivering on 81.25% net revenue interest with 3/16 royalty
or No Bonus for 1/5 royalty
