Anyone know how I can further research what are some Williams County, North Dakota current market rates on bonus payments per net acre for O&G leases? I’m working on securing a lawyer / landman but just thought there are other ways in the meantime.

Bonus rates for leases are not public information. Getting a good oil and gas attorney may be your best resource as they know people who know people.

We too have MR’s in Williams County. Seems to be quite a bit of interest. Koda, Phoenix, and maybe others have been actively acquiring acreage of late. Curious as to what offers others have received.

Leasing bonus amounts will be very location specific as the geology varies across the county.
