I wanted to see what current bonus numbers are around the airport. I have an interest in some acreage in Section 2 Block 1S. Thank you.

I have found numbers from $350/acre to over $12,000 per acre in that area. It looks like it is tied to production numbers nearby. I have looked at the producing strata numbers around my interest and am thinking about holding firm at around 5K per acre. Appreciate any additional info you can provide.
