I own minerals in Section 10, Block 36, Township 2 South in Midland County. Can anyone advise me as to the current leasing bonus to expect in this area? Thanks.

I’ve seen a couple leases go recently for $3000 per net mineral acre. It looks like there are producing wells on that property. Is your interest currently open?
