Does anyone have any information on M3 Resources out of Tulsa represented by Mitchell McMillen? In the middle of a deal to purchase mineral rights of ours in Canadian County and seem to have disappeared. Any information would be helpful. Thanks.

Chances are they tried to flip the minerals and couldn’t. So now they disappeared. I would just send an email/letter stating the agreement is void (assuming the time is up for it). Unfortunately, this happens all the time in the business.

Considering on 1/27/2020 the OCC dismissed Apache’s attempt for a multi-unit well. If I had to guess, I would say that company went silent once they figured that out. It is unfortunate, but that happens from time to time in the oil patch.
